The Karolinska Institute Postdoc Association (KIPA) has composed an Annual Survey to gather and map information about postdoc working conditions at KI over time. Collected data will serve as a cornerstone of argumentation with KI on a multitude of issues, such as working conditions, training and services accessibility, well-being, and various forms of discrimination/harassment. It is the fifth time we are running this survey, and this new data will be crucial for us to monitor previous findings and follow up on the most interesting ones.
KIPA was founded in 2012 and is the oldest postdoc association in Sweden. KIPA is a member-driven organization committed to improving working conditions for all postdocs at KI. For more information about KIPA, please visit the KIPA website: kipostdocassociation.org/
This Survey covers multiple areas of postdoc life, is strictly confidential, and should take around 5-10 minutes to finish.
