Dear Junior Faculty members*
The Junior Faculty Steering Group at KI has organized a survey on authorship, funding, and work environment.
This survey aims to access the situation for researchers at KI. This by representing you, communicate the findings to KI leadership, and identify actionable solutions in line with your needs. It is critical that you take part in this survey to ensure that all voices are heard.
Your answers will be anonymous and untraceable. The collected data will be presented at group level.
*The Junior Faculty includes preclinical and clinical researchers, e.g., postdocs, research specialists (junior and senior) assistant professors, junior researchers and senior researchers. Meaning, everyone with a PhD that does not yet hold a permanent position as senior lecturer or professor.
