Welcome to the ERC Grant Review Workshop!

We are pleased to invite you the ERC Grant Review Workshop, jointly organized by the Karolinska Institutet Postdoctoral Association (KIPA) and the Junior Faculty at KI.

This half-day workshop will take place on September 30th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm and will bring together 25 postdoctoral researchers and 25 early-career researchers at the junior faculty level (above postdoc).  

To participate, you are required to submit a draft of your ERC grant proposal for peer and expert review no later than 17th of August. Please note that 20 individuals will be selected to receive written feedback from a designated reviewer. However, all participants will have the opportunity to discuss their proposals during the workshop.

You need to register before the 14th of August to be one of the 20 individuals who will receive feedback from our reviewers. All registrations between August 14th and September 2nd will be placed on a wait list without the chance of written feedback.

      • 13:05 – Speaker Session: From Workshop to Interview: Reflections on the ERC Application Process
      • 13:15 – Speaker session: Paulina Damdimopoulou, Ambassador for the ERC
      • 13:30 – Speaker session: Jodie Guy Claesson, Grants office KI
      • 13.45 – Speaker session: Insights from an ERC Reviewer with Q&A
      • 14.45 – Coffée break
      • 15.00 – Feedback Session: Retrieve and Discuss Your Grant Reviews
      • 15:30 – Interactive Panel Discussion with our designated speakers
      • 16:00 – Concluding Remarks

 

Registration is mandatory. Please note that participation is limited and will be granted based on motivation and the submission of a draft. Registrations without the intention on submitting a draft will be placed on the waiting list. You will receive a confirmation email with further information if your registration is accepted.
