Welcome to the
EU-STANDS4PM online survey "Data
sources and in silico methods in personalized medicine".
you very much for participating in the EU-STANDS4PM survey "Data sources and in silico methods in
A major goal of the EU-STANDS4PM project is
to assess and evaluate strategies for data integration and data-driven in silico methodologies that enable
personalised medicine. In an EU-wide
mapping process we aim at producing an overview of existing data sources and
domain-specific data standards already in use by various scientific research
communities that allow integrating phenotype and large scale data for in silico methodologies.
current survey is part of this mapping process targeting collaborative
research projects to assess methodologies for integration of large-scale health
data (big data) for predictive in
silico modeling approaches in personalized medicine.
The outcome of the survey will be the basis for a systematic overview of
state-of-the-art methodologies for harmonization and integration of big data
that will be used to define and outline recommendations for comparative
analysis of disease trajectories across European countries. It will also be
the foundation to initiate the development of formal ISO Technical Reports that
will allow the use of predictive in
silico models –in a safe, legal and ethical framework– in clinical research
and practice in the future.
you very much again for your time and support - your input is highly
The EU-STANDS4PM consortium
The survey has been designed in two parts to cover two aspects of personalised medicine; data (part one) and, modelling (part two). Please answer both parts of the survey as completely and accurately as you can.
You are able to answer the survey as many times as you wish, however if you are planning to complete the survey for more than one dataset, we would like to ask you to start with the least known dataset. This is to ensure that a wider range of datasets are covered by the survey.
Your responses are always saved. When you have completed all questions, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the last page. Once you do that, you will not be able to go back and review your responses.
